Contacted Dean when removing the old kitchen in our home revealed a very old lead water supply pipe. NI water had been out and were unable to identify the location of our supply. Dean liaised with NI water on our behalf, accompanied them during a second survey and helped to finally identify the location of the pipe and advised us how to proceed. D&M replaced our old lead pipe with a brand new mains supply, arranged connection with NI water and chased the lead back outside our property to be sealed off, leaving no trace they had even been there, all within a days work. If you want to take the hassle out of lead pipe replacement then look no further, all at a very reasonable price.

We do 25mm or 32mm,  all that really matters on is the size off your house and bathrooms etc. 

The answer is yes and no pending on inspection and consultation we advise you on the best route of action.

Well yes and no you can fix the pipe it could last 10 minutes or could last 10 years or a lifetime. It all depends on how badly affected your pipe material is if it’s corroding you can’t rest assured you’ll be fixing it again in no time.

We don't rely on a single device; instead, we utilize a CAT to trace the routes of electric cables, telecom cables (such as BT), and other utilities. Additionally, we lift manhole covers and inspect gullies to assess sewer depths, allowing us to determine the optimal path for our work.

Yes we have to come in your house to bring the new water pipe into the stopcock and replace the old stopcock with a new updated one yes there will be a mess but don’t worry we will leave your house the way we found it as we don’t believe in leaving a mess behind.
